Accounts not paid in full by May 15th are subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance. The Mgt. reserves the right to refuse entry to any unit with an unpaid balance after June 15th where arrangements have not been made.

Seasonal accounts paid in full by May 15th 2010 subject to 3% discount if paid by cash or cheque. The Seasonal site holder is responsible for any and all Taxes or License sticker fees that may be levied against their unit. $300.00 non-refundable Deposit for 2011 season due September 30th 2010.
